  • 1. Cancellation

    Yes, if your cancellation request israised and received prior to shipping of your order, your order may be cancelled. But once the order is in process, we can no longer cancel it. In all cases of cancellation any price variation and related costs shall be borne by the buyer. The said costs shall be decided by the Company and would be binding on the buyer.

  • 2. Exchange

    There is no exchange policy. All orders delivered are final and cannot be exchanged.

  • 3. Return

    We do not have a return policy. However,the buyer shall return the goods in the same vehicle for any of the following reasons at the time of delivery itself.

    1. Product with physical damage.
    2. Wrong Product or Product not matching the description or specificationsas agreed upon.
    3. Part of the order/ items are found to be missing.

    The Company's decision would be final and binding in relation to acceptance or rejection ofthe return request.

    The Buyers may note that the Return shall be entertained subject to following conditions:

    • Single pieces will not be entertained for return.
    • The returned products should be in the same condition as how it was first shipped tothe buyer or else the product would not be eligible for return.
  • 4. Refund

    Subject to approval of the return request by the Company, the final refund amount will either be adjusted in the next invoice of the buyer or credited to the buyer's bank account within 7 business days from the date of the receipt of the reverse shipment.

  • 5. Shipment/ Delivery

    Shipment/Delivery will be as per the terms agreed between the Company and the buyer. The Buyer shall be informed about the delivery by any mode of communication including but not limited to Whatsapp, Email, SMS, Telephonic Call, Poshn app.

    The buyer must accept the delivery of the Goods and honor the invoice. If the buyer fails to do so, the Company may terminate the respective contract and resell the Goods on the costs of buyer including but not limited to shipment costs, price variance, storage charges etc.

    The Company reserves the right to deliver the Goods in whole or in instalments, as well as to deliver prior to the date for delivery and, in such event, the buyer must not refuse to take delivery of the Goods. Any delay on the part of the Company to deliver Goods, in whole or in instalments, within any specified time does not entitle the buyer to repudiate the contract with regard to the part of the Goods remaining undelivered.

  • 6. Payments:

    Subject to the payment terms discussed between the parties, the Buyer may deposit the payment via RTGS/NEFT/UPI/Cash Deposit (if applicable), in the account details shared by the Company from time to time.
